ReeveHQ

AI

Artificial intelligence (AI) thinking and computing is part of ReeveHQ's system capabilities

It is a capability of the quality system rather than a product beside it - as much a part of what the system does as signing a record or scheduling a review. It works on the records already in it, inside the screens where the work already happens.

Ask Reeve

Which CAPAs are overdue, which suppliers are due for re-evaluation, what a procedure says - asked in your own words and answered from your own records.

Every fact in an answer carries a link to the record it came from, so you can check it rather than take it on trust. It reads only: it never changes a record, and it never reaches another company's data.

What a person may not see, Ask Reeve will not tell them - the same per-module permissions the rest of the system enforces apply to the answer.

Ask Reeve answering which CAPAs are overdue, naming two by number with their owners and due dates, each one linked back to its record.

And how to do it

The same panel answers questions about operating the system: how to raise a change order, what happens when a CAPA fails its effectiveness check, who has to sign a supplier evaluation.

Those answers cite Reeve's own guide rather than a record, and the citation opens the guide page - so a new quality manager learns the system from inside it, instead of hunting through a manual or waiting on whoever set it up.

Ask Reeve answering how to do something in the system, citing the guide page the answer came from.

Draft with AI

The first pass of a non-conformance investigation, written from what the record already holds - the containment, the lot, the source that raised it.

You edit it and you sign it. It is your words that get approved, and the audit trail records who wrote them.

Design with AI

A device label laid out for the printer you picked, carrying the right ISO 15223 symbols and the device's own data.

It tells you what it used and what it left off, and it cannot approve itself - the label goes through the same signed approval as everything else.

The label designer with an AI-drafted sticker on the canvas: manufacturer, device name, catalogue and batch codes, use-by date, ISO symbols and a data-matrix code, laid out for the selected printer.

Where it runs

On Amazon Bedrock, inside the EU

The model is served by Amazon Bedrock and called in EU regions through an EU inference profile, so the records behind a question stay inside the EU.

Reeve never calls a model vendor directly: AWS serves the model under the agreement that already covers your data, so procurement has no new AI company to add to a sub-processor list. There is no API key anywhere in the system - the service authenticates with an AWS role.
