About ReeveHQ
The eQMS we always wanted.
ReeveHQ is a quality-systems company: regulatory practice, engineering and security in one house, building the electronic quality management system that small and growing medical-device manufacturers actually run on.
Who we are
The company behind ReeveHQ
Quality and regulatory, engineering, and security under one roof - each owned by someone who does it for a living. Quality systems running on ReeveHQ have already come through several ISO and CE audits successfully.

What we value
How we build ReeveHQ
Auditor-ready by default
The audit trail is the spine of the product. Every regulated change is signed, timestamped, and immutable, so an inspection becomes a documentation drill.
Standards as a first-class concept
ISO 13485, EU MDR, and 21 CFR Part 11 are wired into the data model. SOPs link to clauses, audits cite findings against them, and reports cite back.
Visibility, availability, coordination
Everyone sees what is on their plate and where a record stands. The evidence is available to whoever needs it, the moment they need it. And work that crosses departments - a document change that triggers training, a non-conformance that opens a CAPA - is coordinated by the system instead of by email.
Fast where it matters
We measure ourselves on time-to-resolved non-conformance and time-to-approved SOP - the hours a quality manager gets back for the work that needs judgement.
